Opening hours, parking & contact details
Our standard opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm.
We do have extended opening hours for specific events so please check your invoice to see if this applies to your ceremony.
Bonds are usually processed within 10 working days of receiving your returned regalia.
If you have not received your bond refund within this time frame, please email your order number and request for your bond refund to info@graduationplace.co.nz
If you are graduating at a later date, we can defer your order until a later date.
If you would like to cancel or defer your order, please email invoice number and request to info@graduationplace.co.nz
For cancellations, there is a $10 cancellation fee.
There is paid street parking available on George Street and the surrounding area.
Unfortunately we do not have any designated customer parking.
For this reason, we highly recommend the courier delivery option when you place your order.
We are located at 17 George Street, Newmarket. We are next to the Domain and Museum.
