CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Returns

1. Please return all hired regalia within dates / times requested on invoice
2. Please return the regalia in good condition

Late fees, repair & replacement costs:

1. Late fees will be charged at $50 per week or part thereof for any regalia not returned by the due date
2. You will be liable for the repair of any damages or for lost regalia
3. You will be charged the full replacement value of any hired regalia not returned within 3 weeks of your graduation date
4. You will be liable for any associated debt collection costs for any of the above

Cancellations

1. A $10 administration fee will apply to any cancelled order
   

Purchase of regalia

1. All sales of new regalia are final
