Shipping
- Please note: Additional postage charges may apply for more than 1 set of regalia per order.
Returns
- Please return all hired regalia within dates / times requested on invoice, email or website
- Please return the regalia in good condition
Late fees, repair & replacement costs:
- Late fees will be charged for any regalia not returned by the due date
- You will be liable for the repair of any damages or for lost regalia
- You will be charged the full replacement value of any hired regalia not returned within 3 weeks of your graduation date
- You will be liable for any associated debt collection costs for any of the above
Cancellations
- A $10 administration fee will apply to any cancelled order
Purchase of regalia
- All sales of new regalia are final
